Autumn Quarter Marathon (6.55m or 10.55km) 2020

A race presented by the Wimbledon Windmilers Running & Triathlon Club

We hope everyone is keeping well despite Covid-19. Given our race is not until the end of September we still hope to proceed with it, assuming the virus is no longer a threat to public health. But of course we want to keep everyone safe so we will be reviewing the situation at the beginning of July.

For the time being we have suspended online entries and introduced a no-payment waiting list system so you can express your interest in taking part in the race should we be able to go ahead with it. If we cannot proceed we can offer a refund to those who have already entered or defer their place for next year.

Here are the race details in the meantime:

Join us for our third Autumn Quarter Marathon. This an awesome 2-lap trail race across beautiful parts of Wimbledon Common and a must for your race calendar :)

There are hills, possibly some mud and the very best of the Common’s scenic woodlands. This is an unusual distance (only 549 meters further than 10km).

This rare race is open to anyone who loves a trail race and to those who’ve never tried it before. Whatever your experience, you’ll enjoy this traffic-free race through stunning woodlands. It is a great course. All finishers receive a seriously smart medal. Oh, and we provide free homemade cakes, tea and coffee!

Entry fees from 2nd July - 25th September are: £18 (affiliated) and £20 (unaffiliated). On the day entries are £22. Minimum age: 16 years.

Start time: 10.30am
On the day number collection/registration: 9.00-10.15am
